Job: Support Analyst

This demanding and busy role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual to be a part of a busy team with a strong belief in continual improvement and a positive work ethic.

You will provide first line support to our customers for a variety of products, answering questions, providing guidance and assisting in the identification of issues.

You will work closely with colleagues to co-ordinate and provide a high level of support to our customers.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies and working with colleagues across the company to make a positive difference to the lives of the most vulnerable adults and all children through the provision of software, process management and knowledge solutions.
